The Hierophant
Major Arcana, V · Earth · angel number 555
The Hierophant means tradition, learning and commitment, the steady wisdom that comes from teachers and from doing things the recognized way. Reversed, it shows a tradition or set of rules you have outgrown, and a search for beliefs that fit you.
Whoever this is for, you're being asked to commit to something, and 555 came with it, so the energy around that commitment is a big shift. Sit with it before you say yes.

The Hierophant upright
Higher wisdom, and the structure that holds it. The Hierophant sits between two pillars with two people kneeling in front of him, and he's teaching. Education, spiritual learning, commitment, marriage, family traditions, guidance. In my readings he turns up around contracts, commitment, schooling or a spiritual lesson, so someone may be teaching you, or you may be the one being asked to make something formal. 555 comes with him, and 555 is major life change, energetic shifts, transformation, evolution. Growth through learning and commitment.
The Hierophant reversed
You're being handed a tradition that doesn't fit anymore, and some part of you has known that for a while. Rules followed without belief, or a teacher you've outgrown. Your spirituality can look different from the one you were raised in, and it's still yours.
In love
Commitment, and sometimes marriage. If things have been casual, the card wants to know what the two of you are actually building.
In work and money
Contracts, training, a mentor, a company with a lot of history. This is the card for doing things the recognized way, so learn the rules properly before you decide which ones to bend.
As advice
Learn the rules properly before deciding which ones to bend. Find a mentor or teaching that rings true for you, and stay with it long enough to learn.
Yes or no?
Yes, especially for contracts, study and commitment, because The Hierophant favors the established path and promises made in good faith. A single card shows a lean, never a promise of how things turn out.
For yourself
The lesson is spiritual and it's yours. Find the teacher or the teaching that rings true for you, and stay with it long enough to learn something.
